The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the historic inn in the heart of Rubiera (RE). From the charm of the arched portico facing the ancient fortress, one enters the heart of the Gastronomic Clinic, where in a warm and welcoming atmosphere there are 60 seats, well spaced out and arranged to ensure adequate privacy.
THE MUSIC OF ARNALDO
Music has always been as integral to La Clinica Gastronomica as wine and food. It was a ritual that was handed down for a long time but then, to our great regret, died out. Arnaldo had always played. To instil joy through the notes of the guitar, violin, mandolin... his instruments are part of this place and today the music returns with Leonardo, Arnaldo's great-grandson who plays the viola.
