Green sauce

To prepare this salsa verde requires a lot of patience, a sharp knife and lots and lots of freshly picked parsley. Vegetables, eggs and parsley are the perfect accompaniment for boiled and boiled meats and give every bite a full, fresh aftertaste.

Some people even eat it on bread with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
