The ham ragout of typical Emilian cuisine

Prosciutto ragout is dedicated to those who prefer the intense flavours of Emilian cuisine. To prepare this typical Reggio Emilia recipe, cured ham is added to the beef, pork and veal, chopped into chunks and whipped with a teaspoon of cream.

Extraordinary on green tagliatelle, it is also delicious with pumpkin tortelli.
